Dr. Khanjan Nagarsheth is an Associate Professor of Surgery at University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is the director of the outpatient vascular lab, co-director of the limb preservation program, program director of the vascular surgery integrated residency, associate program director of the vascular surgery fellowship, director of the office-based laboratories, director of the vascular compressions program and director of the vascular surgery progressive care unit. He specializes in advanced endovascular and open techniques for the care of patients with PAD, vascular compression syndromes (Nutcracker Syndrome, May-Thurner Syndrome, SMA Syndrome, Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome, Eagle's Syndrome), venous disease, wound care and peripheral nerve reconstruction surgery. He completed his Vascular Surgery fellowship at Staten Island University Hospital, Surgical Critical Care fellowship at the RA Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD, Acute Care Surgery Fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center and General Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. He has built a national and international reputation in venous disease, no-option CLI and has published over 90 peer reviewed papers and over 50 chapters in surgical and medical textbooks.
